RockInvestigations is an investigative practice, not a law firm, and nothing on this website or communicated by RockInvestigations is legal advice. Legal questions must be directed to a licensed Florida attorney. Investigative findings are factual documentation and are not legal conclusions.
No relationship created by website use
Visiting this website, submitting the consultation form, or otherwise communicating through this website does not create an investigator-client relationship, an agency relationship, or any confidential or privileged relationship. A relationship exists only after RockInvestigations and the client sign a written engagement defining scope and fees.
Lawful services only
RockInvestigations performs only lawful investigative work under Florida and federal law. RockInvestigations does not perform computer, phone, email, or account hacking; unauthorized access to devices or accounts; wiretapping or interception of communications; unlawful GPS or vehicle tracking; pretexting for financial, telephone, or medical records; trespass; harassment; stalking; or any other unlawful surveillance. Requests for such work are declined and may be reported where required by law. RockInvestigations is not a law enforcement agency and does not represent itself as one.
No guaranteed outcome
Investigative work develops facts using lawful methods. RockInvestigations makes no promise or guarantee regarding results, findings, admissibility, or the outcome of any legal proceeding.
Payment terms
Fees are set in the written engagement. Payment is accepted by wire transfer only; RockInvestigations does not accept card payments or online checkout. Wiring instructions are never published on this website or provided by email alone. Wire fraud is common — before sending funds, independently verify wiring instructions through a confirmed RockInvestigations communication channel established by your engagement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, for the lawfulness of the purpose behind the requested work, and for how any delivered work product is used. RockInvestigations may withdraw from an engagement if it learns the requested work or intended use is unlawful.
Portal use
Portal accounts are issued by RockInvestigations administration and are for the named user only. Credentials must not be shared. Content in the portal is confidential to the assigned matter and may not be redistributed outside the engagement without authorization.
Website content and limitation of liability
Website content is provided for general information without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggie Rock, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Emergencies
RockInvestigations is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, call 911.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and venue for any dispute lies in Palm Beach County, Florida.
