RockInvestigations.cc is owned and operated by Reggie Rock, Inc., West Palm Beach, Florida.

Information we collect

Through the consultation form we collect the name, email address, phone number, inquirer type, firm name (when applicable), any adverse-party names you choose to provide, service type, county, preferred contact method, urgency, and the description you submit. Portal users additionally have an account record containing name, email, phone, organization, and assigned role. Case records, messages, documents, and invoices are created by RockInvestigations in the course of an engagement.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to evaluate the inquiry, run conflict checks, communicate with you, perform engaged investigative work, and maintain billing records. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Confidentiality and access

Consultation requests are visible only to RockInvestigations administration. Portal clients and attorneys can access only the matters they are assigned to, and within those matters only the messages, documents, and invoices designated as visible to them. Case files are held in private storage and released only through temporary, access-controlled links.

No relationship created by submission

Submitting a form or sending a message through this website does not create an investigator-client relationship or a confidential relationship. Please do not send highly sensitive material before an engagement is in place.

Retention

Consultation requests, case records, and billing records are retained for as long as needed for the engagement, for legitimate business purposes, and to satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, after which they are deleted or archived.

Security

Access to private data is enforced at the database level by role- and assignment-based rules, and file storage is private by default. No system is perfectly secure; do not transmit information through this website that you are not prepared to have transmitted over the internet.

Payments

RockInvestigations accepts payment by wire transfer only and does not process card payments through this website. No card numbers are collected or stored. Wiring instructions are never published publicly and are shown only to the authenticated billed client.

Your requests

You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion where we are not required to retain it. Contact RockInvestigations through the client portal or the communication channel provided in your engagement.

Children

This website is not directed to children and RockInvestigations does not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the practice or applicable law changes. The current version always governs.
